Processing purposes

Personal data are processed in manual, IT or telematic modes, with organisation and elaboration logics strictly connected to the purpose and in such a way to guarantee security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with organisational, physical and logical means foreseen by the current laws, for the following:

1.     Institutional purposes, connected to and useful to the business in compliance with civil, accountancy or fiscal obligations;

2.     Contractual purposes;

3.     Marketing purposes (such as newsletters or promotional communications) through automated means (e-mail, sms, mms, fax or equivalent tools), traditional (paper mail and calls through operator) or for publicity scopes (use of images, pictures or videos);

4.     Profiling purposes (to capture tastes, preferences, choices and consumption habits);

5.     Statistics purposes to monitor advertising campaigns in anonymous form and with aggregated data;

6.     User registration to access company websites and Social Network platforms.

The processing is based on legitimate interests of the Data Controller for the above mentioned purposes, to execute law obligations or manage professional relations and/or to provide contractual services, market analysis, to use the right to oppose and web analysis or app. The lack of communication makes it impossible to perform these activities.

Consent must be preventively given to the purposes under 3 and 4. Consent is optional and freely expressed; the consent to process personal data for marketing and profiling purposes will allow to offer customised services. The deny opposed to their provision and subsequent processing makes it impossible to establish and/or carry out such benefits.

Data diffusion framework

The above-mentioned personal data could also be processed outside of the national territory (even outside of the EU), only for the purposes listed under 2, by the following entities categories:

  • public authority or administrations, for what specifically concerns them, to comply with law obligations;

  • other categories of public or private entities (professionals and consultants, in a legal, administrative, accountancy, commercial, tax, fiscal, IT, quality, service providers field) to whom communication is strictly necessary for the purposes expressed under 2;

These subjects have limited access to personal data, only to perform some duties on behalf of the Data Controller and are obliged by law or by contractual clauses not to divulge them and use them for other purposes.

Data retention period

Personal data are kept for the period pertaining the processing purpose, except for the retention periods established to fulfil the obligations and controls imposed by the law in case of institutional purposes.

Cookies and interaction with other websites

During the web navigation it is possible to gather some information that may allow the user identification. The cookies prompt appears at the beginning of the navigation, in the page from which you can choose between the Italian or English version.

Through some links you may visit other web pages; such links to different web portals are not under the control of the Data Controller as well as the related cookies.

Right of the interested party

The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation on whether there is a current data processing and, if this is the case, to obtain access to the data (art. 15), their correction (art. 16), their cancellation (art. 17), their processing limitation (art. 18), to oppose their processing  (art. 21) and to revoke the consent if expressed.

The interested party has the right, in case his personal data are processed with automatic tools and have been provided with his consent or if processing is needed to execute a contract, to receive the provided personal data in a structured format, of common use, readable by an automatic device and has the right to transmit these data to another Data Controller without any impediment by the Data Controller to whom he provided them. This right does not apply if the processing lies on a legal basis different from consent or contract (art. 20).

The interested party also has the right to file a claim against the control authority.
